Purpose-driven leaders often step into senior roles with a deep commitment to the mission, but limited support to navigate the commercial, regulatory and people complexities of leadership. They may be balancing accountability and empathy, managing diverse stakeholders, responding to reform, or grappling with increased expectations from a wide range of stakeholder groups.
Without the right support leaders can feel isolated and leave the organisation. They could be unaware of blind spots, missing opportunities or unintentionally building barriers. The cost of replacing senior hires is well reported. The cost of losing potential and talent from the for-purpose sector has an even greater impact.

How does it work?

Organisational coaching is delivered through a structured 1:1 engagement, tailored to the leader and the organisational context. Programs typically include:
A three-way alignment conversation.
Regular 1:1 executive coaching sessions. Typical packages include 6 or 10 sessions.
Optional strengths or leadership assessments.
Check-ins and a wrap-up review to embed learning and outcomes.
Transition Coaching Program
Who is it for and why?
For newly appointed executives and senior leaders.
Stepping into a senior role, or welcoming someone into one, can be both energising and demanding. Early experiences matter. They shape confidence, relationships, impact and momentum. They can also present risks if not well guided.
Our Transition Coaching Program provides a strategic, supportive pathway for individuals and organisations to navigate this critical period together. We offer focused, high-impact coaching early in the onboarding or promotion journey, when clarity, alignment and support make the biggest difference.
How does it help?
The transition coaching program helps leaders gain deeper insights into their intended leadership style and the enablers or inhibitors that may support or challenge that intention. It supports them to:
create clarity around expectations, priorities and ways of working.
strengthen relationships, trust and influence.
set focused goals with clear success measures and actionable steps.
How does it work?
Delivery (online or in-person)
Option 1: 6 x coaching sessions (weekly or fortnightly), 60 minutes, online.
Option 2: Workshop delivery — 1 full day or 2 half-day sessions, online.
