Individual Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on professional and personal development.

Coaching is most successful in an environment of trust and safety with a healthy amount of challenge. This environment, my own experience and the coaching framework will help you to gain clarity on goals or problems.

Coaching challenges your thinking - unlocking different perspectives on a situation. It can help you understand your feelings or thoughts around certain situations, prompting new thinking as well as insights and action.

Strengths Profile is built from decades of theoretical and empirical research in positive psychology. Strengths Profile is used by leading organisations including Schneider Electric, Salesforce, QBE and GE Health.

The Strengths Profile tool is unique and distinct from traditional one-dimensional strengths tests, assessing 60 strengths across three dimensions of energy, performance and use.

This model provides a positive platform for development, enabling people to design strategies to maximise growth potential, minimise weaknesses and optimise performance and wellbeing.
