Stepping into a senior role, or welcoming someone into one, can be both energising and demanding. Early experiences matter. They shape confidence, relationships, impact and momentum.  They can also present risks if not well guided.

Our Transition Coaching Program provides a strategic, supportive pathway for individuals and organisations to navigate this critical period together. We offer focused, high-impact coaching early in the onboarding or promotion journey, when clarity, alignment and support make the biggest difference.  

How does it help?

The transition coaching program helps leaders gain deeper insights into their intended leadership style and the enablers or inhibitors that may support or challenge that intention. It supports them to:

  • create clarity around expectations, priorities and ways of working.

  • strengthen relationships, trust and influence.

  • set focused goals with clear success measures and actionable steps.

How does it work?

Online or in-person

  • Option 1: 6 x focused coaching sessions (weekly or fortnightly), 60 minutes, online.  

  • Option 2: Workshop delivery — 1 full day or 2 half-day sessions, online.  

Inclusions 

  • 1:1 focused coaching or workshop delivery (as selected).  

  • Strengths Profile Leader Assessment, report and facilitated debrief.  

  • Three-way alignment conversation with participant, leader and coach.  

  • Practical templates and tools to support the program.  

  • Identification of ongoing team or individual development opportunities.
