Strategic Assessments

Does this sound familiar? You identify a problem, go to the effort of making a change and then realise that you haven’t actually solved the real problem. It’s frustrating, it costs money, and it hits staff morale.

Organisations need to invest where it matters most. Assessment tools like Strengths Profile and 360 Stakeholder Reviews provide clarity, focus and insight. They get to the heart of how leaders and teams work, where risks and opportunities sit, and how to develop capability efficiently in individuals and teams. Assessments are often delivered in conjunction with coaching or workshops as well as standalone options.

Stakeholder Interviews (360 feedback)

360 feedback helps surface patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities that may not be visible from the inside. By drawing on multiple perspectives, it offers a more complete picture of how a leader is showing up, and highlights insights that would often remain hidden.

Using a series of Stakeholder Reviews is a simple, timely and highly practical way to gather this feedback. Through facilitated conversations with a broad mix of people, we’re able to tap into rich, specific and nuanced insights that go well beyond what a standard 360 assessment can reveal.
